Rag pickers to Rag readers

One can easily trace the columns of magazines, newspaper, websites, even my blog, where individual show their photography talents by exposing the dull, gloomy faces carrying sacks on their shoulder or posing their hands to your pockets. But this very talent has failed to end their misery.
But their is one characteristics of rag pickers they give you different tags, they might call you didi, babuji, bhaiya, sarkaar, mai-baap etc. but once we ignore they forget about us and start moving forward, one lesson they teaches us, never stop, whatever comes gab it as an opportunity else move ahead to search another.
we can easily find them in the public places  their eyes all set to find Bisleri, Kinley etc. bottles in the trains, platforms, bus stand etc. cleaning floor of trains, and putting forward their hands as saying ' I have done national duty' please pay me. Aren't they true if they think so, well of course yeas, being well educated we understand the world of hygiene and sanitation, but we are carrying personal hand cleaning western products, and pay approx half a dollar for the same. just to  clean one hand we pay around 1 Re. don't you think all those garbage and tons of smells aren't so cheap to be cleaned in 1 Re. And thanks to our government servants who also rely upon these rag pickers, as they are doing their job effectively, whatever their reason may be. still they are being seen or doubted for stealing our shoes, mobiles. Have we done any research on them that only rag pickers lift and steal our wallets and mobiles.
Instead there should be an effort to at least give them a life of what they are deprived of, what they are in need of, they are not born with silver spoons as we the self proclaimed educated elites. There have been several attempts by few noble organisations but aren't  much in head counts. It is not only their responsibility, Its also our responsibility to if not alleviate their condition then at least give them a humanitarian face of ours. If they have learnt to pick the rags they can also be made capable enough to learn out of those rags, unlearn yourself to their heart.
